" Safety Procedures and Guidelines COVID-19 "
At Neshamáh, we are engaged in fighting Covid-19 pandemic.
New measures of hygiene and safety has been implemented and the ones we already
had were enhanced to ensure our clients and staff that they are in a safe enviroment.
Among them:
-Desinfection of hands at entrance;
-Mandatory use of mask;
-Slippers are available to circulate throughtout the space;
-Use of disposable items whenever is necessary;
-Restriction on the number of employees present;
-One hour interval between treatments for each room;
-Frequent daily cleaning and desinfection of the entire space according to DGS
(General Health Directorate);
-Some restrictions related to a few treatments;
-Services by appointment only are preferred;
– The client should not be accompanied or come in with shopping bags;
-We ask, please, that you are punctual and if you can not attend, that you cancel in advance;
-We are not allowed to perform treatment in two peolple at the same room;
-All textile acessories (towels and bathrobes) are subjected to temperatures of 60°C;
-Possible change of opening times due to “emergency time”;
-We may not be able to answer your phone call or message promptly
(reduced number of staff), but we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Holidays in Lisbon I decided to do a therapeutic massage. Very nice service from Giovana and fairy hands from Larissa in the massage. Leaves the place renewed. I recommend

I was feeling sore so I decided to get a massage and found these wonderful ladies at Neshamah!
I highly recommend this lovely soothing Place. - Very nice massage. Good English They were even willing to stay open an hour extra 1/2 hour for my wife.
